The only modifications made to them are to work with Asterisk 1.4 and Zaptel 1.4
possibly other version could work as well, please drop me an email if you are
able to make them work with other versions.

Basically I just modified chan_unicall.c to match the new API of Asterisk 1.4
Small changes were made to libunicall and libmfcr2 to match the newest API of spandsp

spandsp and libsupertone were left untouched, but the versions included here are the ones I have tested.
Older versions of spandsp are unlikely to work

NOTE:
the patches/ directory is just a reference in case you want to see the changes
that were made, but they are not needed since the sources here are already
patched
